TWIINS Twiins HFI RC: Bluetooth® Helmet Communicator
Two persons, who each have their own TWIINS 1.0, TWIINS RCR, TWIINS HFI and/or TWIINS HFI RC on their helmet, can talk to the other through the Intercom mode. At the same time the riders’ TWIINS can be associated to their individual Bluetooth® mobile phones. If either of them receives a telephone call, this will be indicated by a specific tone informing of the incoming call. Replying to the call, the intercom mode will automatically cut off; it will be restored automatically once the telephone call will be ended.
In the intercom mode, only two systems could be linked to each other, to do it it’s necessary to associate both systems to each other. In case you’ll loose the intercom connection because of exceeding distance between systems, when reaching back the correct distance (if a minute time hasn’t passed), both systems will be back working automatically.
This innovative system enhances your riding in four ways:
–Communicate through a Bluetooth® device (such as a mobile phone).
–Listen to a Bluetooth® device, such as a GPS system or audio player MP3.
–Communicate directly with another helmet equipped with TWIINS.
–Communicate through TWIINS RC.
FUNCTIONS
TWIINS can be connected to EVERY SINGLE device using Bluetooth® technology such as, mobile phone, GPS, MP3, MP4, etc. However, only ONE device can be used AT THE TIME.
FREEHAND SYSTEM. The user can talk easily without removing the hands from the handlebar.
The more functions that belong to the associated Mobile phone, the more functions that will be available through your TWIINS. To make mobile phone calls with the TWIINS®, you need a mobile phone which is compatible with Bluetooth® technology or with a built in Bluetooth® adaptor. (as well for GPS and audio player). If the phone is set to call/answer automatically, no buttons need to be pushed on your TWIINS® because your TWIINS support all automatic function of your phone.
COMPATIBILITY
TWIINS is compatible with all Bluetooth® audio transmissor / mono devices without exception. TWIINS® Twiins HFI RC is compatible with all TWIINS products and accessories.
GPS
TWIINS allows you to listen to your GPS information while driving.
INTERCOM MODE
If a connected mobile phone rings while speaking on the TWIINS intercom mode, the intercom will automatically disconnect. It will reconnect when the call is finished.
TWIINS RC
This device has been designed to be used with its TWIINS Twiins HFI RC. It’s been developed to guarantee drivers’ maximum security while riding their motorbike because it allows them to use their TWIINS HFI RC without removing their hands from the handlebars.
