What can you buy?

You can buy headsets, helmets, intercom equipment, radios, GPS and products specially designed to protect yourself and to allow you the communication in noisy surroundings. Too, we are dealers of paragliders, kites and many fly products.

In any case, all the products bought in nac-inter.com will be always selected products to satisfy your needs.

Is there a minimum order?

In nac-inter.com we do not have minimum order.

How will I receive the invoice?

We will bring you the invoice by email and if you wish it by ordinary mail as well.

How products are sent?

Your product will travel perfectly packed in a specific box along with instructions or pertinent assembly indications. For transportation we rely on correos post service or courier, which grants best efficiency and total coverage in Spain as well as other countries.

Can I send NAC-Intercom products to another country?

Yes, but please consult price and delivery time with the customer attention service at phone +34 986 128 926.

When will I receive the order?

Depends of shipping method choosen and delivery country. Also depends of the stock and if is not a product done to size or with special characteristics. For more info, please check the "SHIPPING, HANDLING AND RETURNS POLICY". For delivery on Saturdays the price of the transport will have an additional cost to consider this service as special, and in Sundays we do not make deliveries by questions of logistic of our transport company. Also you can ask  your order is delivered to you the date that you wish or through another transports company which you work with habitually.

How I can find a NAC-Inter.com product?

You can find the products in NAC-Inter.com in two ways:

1. You can move through the categories box is in the left margin of the page. Place your mouse on the product you want, select it and access the detailed product tab, where you will find photos , a description, and specifications and the possibility, if you are a registered user, of make your own comment. To purchase you must press the Buy button.
2. You can use the search engine you have in the top of the categories menu. Just enter the search word and click the search icon. In the results, you'll have direct access to the product.

What to do to buy a product in NAC-Inter.com?

When you are interested in buying a NAC-Inter.com product simply click on the Buy button located in the data sheet, that send the product to the shopping cart. To view the basket, modify or proceed with the pursache of the products you have been selecting, simply click on the Cart tab you will find at the top left of the website. You can see the list of all items that have been added to the basket and from there, start shopping by clicking Checkout.
You will be asked your email and password, if you have not registered, click on "Register Account". Then shall indicate which is the shipping address of the order. In case you want to enter a shipping address is not in the list, add a new address as your shipping address.

After selecting the shipping address, you must select the shipping and payment method.

How do you ship orders?

All purchases made through NAC-Inter.com are served by some of the logistics companies we work with, depending on destination, type of goods or volume of it. A carrier of this company will deliver your purchase to the address you have indicated. For more control, we have a tracking number that lets us know at any time where your merchandise is.

Yes, VAT/TAX is included in our products. During the checkout process you can see which is the amount of the tax.

How I can claim?

Can make your complaint by calling our customer service department, which will inform you of the usual procedures refund and return of the goods.

If I receive the defective merchandise and do not want it, what should I do?

Accept the merchandise from carriers and contact our customer service department. You will be informed promptly of the usual procedure for the refund and the return of the goods.
