WEIGHTS, MEASUREMENTS & SHIPPING COSTS.

All our shippings will be sent by specialised shipping agencies or by Post, depending on your needs.

Shipping costs are estimated according to the weight, measurements, destination, and shipping service chosen. 

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Optional shipping insurance is offered. This ensures all the items shipped up to a maximum value of €3000.

Shipping insurance may vary according to the destination and/or shipping method chosen.

The Spanish Post Office insurance fee is €1.81 for every €50 of the product value for domestic shipments. NACEX insurance, on the other hand, is the 8% of the postage and handling value.

For international shiments via the Spanish Post Office, the insurance fee is 1% of the total declared value, being the minimum fee applicable €2.04. This service is only available in the following countries.

 

HOW DO I KNOW THE EXACT COST OF DELIVERY FOR MY ORDER?

Our online store calculates the exact cost of shipping and the differents services before checkout and pay the order.

In case the shipping service or cost doesn't seem accurate, please contact us to explore other possibilities.

HOW DO WE SEND OUR PRODUCTS?

NAC-INTERCOM sends all their products perfectly packed in specific boxes or into airbag envelopes to prevent any damages. Shipping is done by NACEX, who guarantees a fast, safe delivery and total coverage in Spain and other countries.

Each order is assigned a tracking number to easily locate shipments throughout the shipping process, ensuring maximum speed and security.

DO YOU SHIP TO THE CANARY ISLANDS AND/OR BALEARIC ISLANDS?

Yes, of course we do, but you need to consult us about delivery times and prices to our customer service by telephone +34 986 128 926 or by e-mail info@nac-inter.com.

DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS TO ANOTHER COUNTRIES?

Yes, NACEX delivers our products to anywhere around the world with lowest prices and fastly.

WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO ASK FOR A REFUND? 

You can do so by contacting our Customer Service by phone +34 986 128 926 or sending an e-mail to info@nac-inter.com. You will be informed on the established procedure to have your purchase refunded.   

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

As long as we have stock and it is not a custom-made or a special feature product, all orders placed before 12 PM will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped the following business day. Delivery time dependens mainly on the shipping service chosen and the delivery zone.

Below is a table of approximated delivery times (this table is indicative and depends ultimately on the logistics company. Remember if you select NACEX as your shipping company, we will send you a tracking number to track your order at all times.)

Post Office (Correos) Correos post shipments are made once a week. The delivery time depends on the conditions of Correos for the selected zone. Check www.correos.es to review the terms.
NACEX Delivery next business day before 19:00 PM International Express: 2/4 Business Days
International Economy: 4/8 Business Days

If payment is made by bank transfer, the delivery time will count from the day of the payment reception. Our customer service center can specify you for each case the accurate time. For Saturday deliveries, transport rates will have an additional cost, given this is a service. Also, Sundays deliveries are not available for logistical reasons of our transportation agencies.

You can also request to have your order delivered on a specific date or by another shipping agent you may work with.

WHAT TIME I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER?

By NACEX service, our domestic orders are delivered by 19:00 PM. If you want another delivery time please contact our customer service center.
For international orders, delivery is made throughout the day and depends on the planned route to the dealer. Nevertheless, the shipping agency will contact you to arrange a new delivery if you are not available at the shipping address at the time of delivery. If you need a specific time please contact the shipping agency to schedule delivery.
