The dual-molded earmuffs have a new design that gives them a modern, slimmer look combined with the new bright yellow color for improved visibility. The earmuff size has been reduced while maintaining high attenuation and a comfortable fit for the ears. The reduced size also contributes to a reduced weight, which improves comfort during long hours of use.
We have designed an all-new headband with improved flexibility to better fit different head shapes. The headband cable can be easily removed for easy replacement if necessary.
With the 3M™ PELTOR™ CH-3 Hearing Protector, your hearing is protected (SNR between 28 and 31 dB depending on the version), and you don't need to remove it to hear your interlocutors when they contact you by radio. With the new CH-3 headset, you'll have hearing protection and clear communication in noisy environments.
Multi-connectivity and clear communication.
By connecting a walkie-talkie or wired phone to your headset, you can communicate naturally using the VOX function or a built-in PTT (Push-To-Talk) button, keeping your hands free and protecting your hearing in both cases. The headset easily connects to most two-way radios (walkie talkies) on the market.
You can switch between multiple devices to communicate without having to remove the headset, simply by changing the cable connection. Plus, in noisy environments, you'll hear your interlocutor clearly through the built-in speakers, and vice versa, thanks to the integrated noise-cancelling microphone.
