Protección eficaz en medios exigentes
El desafío al que constantemente nos enfrentamos es construir un casco con alto índice de protección, cómodo y fácil de utilizar. Esto significa gran flexibilidad y capacidad de adaptación a diferentes requisitos y entornos, además de poder completarlo con facilidad a accesorios y repuestos.
Seguridad
Hemos avanzado mucho en nuestro trabajo. El sistema de combinación de Peltor se basa en el casco G2000, un casco con la marca CE, de gran resistencia a los golpes y con una eficaz amortiguación; además de ofrecer un confort que satisface las más altas exigencias.
Diseño eficaz
Las líneas del casco combinan un diseño atractivo con alto índice de protección. El G2000 ofrece una amplia gama de accesorios y complementos para cada situación laboral. El casco se comercializa en seis colores: blanco, naranja, rojo, amarillo, verde y azul.
Clase de protección
El G2000 ha sido probado y aprobado según la norma europea EN397, lo cual significa que el casco cumple con las siguientes condiciones:
- Rigidez lateral.
- Aislamiento eléctrico.
- Protección contra metal fundido.
- Resistencia a la temperatura (+50ºC hasta –30ºC).
- Material: plástico ABS estabilizado a los rayos UV.
Confort de alta calidad
Para ser eficaz, un casco y sus diferentes accesorios deben ser utilizados durante toda la jornada laboral. Para eso debe ser cómodo, debe sentirse como un gorro cualquiera. Algunas de las muchas ventajas del G2000:

Peltor le ayuda a construir un sistema para su propia protección individual. El G2000 se adapta a una larga lista de accesorios. Alcanza con un casco completado correctamente. Individual y para cada situación sin puntos débiles.
Detalles bien pensados
El casco G2000 no es un casco común. Cada milímetro ha sido pensado para satisfacer sus exigencias de flexibilidad y protección y para responder a los requisitos de las normas vigentes. En otras palabras: no es casualidad que el casco tenga la forma que tiene ni que la guía de soporte esté donde está.
G2000 y G2001
El modelo G2000 es un casco de gama alta y etiquetaje CE con una eficaz absorción contra impactos. Cumple los requisitos específicos de la norma sobre las deformaciones laterales (LD), las salpicaduras de metal fundido (MM) y bajas temperaturas, (-30°C).
Extraordinario confort, gran resistencia, buena ventilación y peso ultraligero. Atalaje textil, cinta de sudoración antialérgica. Excelente amortiguación del golpe. Material: ABS.
El modelo G2001 posee, además, un certificado especial para su uso en minería, cumpliendo con los requisitos referentes al aislamiento eléctrico (440 vac) y permitiendo la colocación de portalámparas.
Peltor UVICATORTM
Cuando se trabaja a la intemperie, los rayos ultravioleta del sol degradan progresivamente el plástico del casco protector, comprometiendo con el tiempo la seguridad del usuario. El problema es que es difícil distinguir entre un casco protector nuevo y otro envejecido por los rayos ultravioleta. Y muchísimos cascos protectores en todo el mundo son usados mucho después de pasar su fecha de caducidad.
Ahora Peltor hace posible determinar cuándo un casco protector no es utilizable debido a la exposición a los rayos ultravioleta. Esta nueva tecnología se denomina Peltor UVICATOR SENSOR.
