The 3M™ Peltor™ LiteCom is a high-performance hearing protector with a built-in communication radio for cable free short-range communication with other LiteCom headsets and portable two-way radios programmed on the same frequency. The noise cancelling speech microphone with VOX functionality enables you to communicate hands free in noisy environments.

Safety
The LiteCom is designed for those who want an easy-to-use hearing protector with a limited number of functions. You can control all the settings with only three buttons, which makes the LiteCom Basic very user-friendly. In addition, an electronic voice confirms the settings you have chosen, allowing you to make adjustments without removing the headset.

Convenient hearing protection
A hearing protector only provides protection when you are wearing it, so all settings and controls are designed to be intuitively simple, to avoid the need to remove the headset unnecessarily. A voice guides you through the menu. The headset switches itself off automatically if it is inactive for more than two hours, to conserve the battery. You are notified of battery status every time you switch the headset on.

Connect automatically
As soon as you talk into the microphone the chosen channel is opened in milliseconds, so other users can hear you regardless of the noise level, in the same seamless way. The microphone software is programmed only to pick up speech and effectively filters out all other sounds.
