Adjustment Instructions

The foam plugs medium size fit well to most ears. Also available in large size plugs for larger ear canals and small caps for smaller ear canals.

Hands and earplugs must be clean before placement.

1.- PRESS the plug slowly with the thumb and fingers. Gradually increase the pressure to compress the plug until a very thin cylinder and unwrinkled.

2.- INSERT the compressed plug in the ear canal while pulling the ear outward and upwards with the opposite hand.

3.- CHECK THE SETTING once the cap has been expanded by the ear plug TOUCH. You only feel the end of the plug. If you notice most of plug outside the ear canal, remove the protector and repeat the adjustment.

4.- LISTEN constant loud noise with earplugs in both ears. Cover your ears with cupped hands tightly. The noise should sound almost the same, with ears covered or not.

If you do not get the right fit, try different sizes or types of hearing protector.
