3M™ Peltor™ FL4030 small Adapter PTT Motorola GP320/340
Peltor standard adapter to connect High Att. Standard Headsets (MT7H79*) and Jack J11 headsets with radios Motorola GP320/340
FL4000-series adapters are an alternative to the current PTT-adapters in the FL5000-series for connecting 3M™ Peltor™ headsets to communication radios. They are a smaller size than the FL5000 adapter and with a rugged design and the PTT-button has a more distinct push feeling. They also has jack detection that give you the sound in the radio when you unjack the headset if the radio support this.
The box has a standard Peltor J11 chassis jack. This lets you use Peltor’s wide standard range of headsets without any further adaptations. Just plug in and start talking. The outgoing wire has a contact for a communication radio or telephone. Contacts are available for most modern communication radio and telephone systems on the market.
The adapter is built into a functional, watertight, sturdy shell with no protruding parts. The whole adapter, particularly the contact, is designed to keep moisture away from the circuits. The adapter is sealed to IP65. All external details are made of rust-proof materials. The cord has a flexible, durable reinforcement where it connects to the box, and some types of adapters have a cord with a very rugged copper alloy. The chassis jack and reinforcements have been tested thoroughly to withstand being plugged in, unplugged and bent at least 100,000 times.
