The Midland CT590 S Dual Band radio is prepared to scan all available channels, both in the traditional SCAN function, as the CTCSS / DCS function and also the FM channels. It is a simple device, but at the same time it is equipped with many functions, with the frequency bands VHF 144-146MHz and UHF 430-440MHz and has 128 storable channels. Its high performance offers optimal communications even over long distances, also thanks to 1750Hz. It is composed of a night light, an 87.5-108MHz FM radio receiver and 50 CTCSS tones and 208 DCS codes that allow creating "sub-channels" and being able to communicate with a small group of people and you can also customize your ID (ANI-ID) and be able to send it during transmission (PTT-ID). The LCD screen has an adjustable backlight in 3 different colors, which can be associated with different types of use (reception, transmission, etc.).
