Las pantallas faciales 3M™ serie 5 son una gama de pantallas faciales de policarbonato, acetato y malla, certificadas según EN 166:2001 y EN 1731:2006 y diseñadas para proteger contra el impacto de partículas a alta velocidad y otros peligros industriales o forestales. Estas pantallas faciales están diseñadas para adaptarse a los cascos de seguridad 3M™ SecureFit™ X5000, X5500 y G3000 y al arnés de cabeza G500
Todas las pantallas faciales transparentes 3M™ serie 5 cuentan con la certificación EN 166 y están diseñadas para ofrecer protección contra diversos peligros industriales, incluidas partículas de alta velocidad, radiación ultravioleta e infrarroja, luz de soldadura secundaria, salpicaduras de líquidos o salpicaduras de metal fundido.
Todas las pantallas faciales de malla de la serie 5 de 3M™ están certificadas conforme a la norma EN 1731:2006 y están diseñadas para ofrecer protección ocular y facial contra las astillas y pequeñas ramas que salen despedidas, al tiempo que impiden que se forme vaho y ofrecen una mayor ventilación cuando se trabaja en condiciones extenuantes al aire libre. Nuestra gama de pantallas faciales transparentes, verdes y chapadas en oro tienen diseños curvados o planos. Son de clase óptica 1 y proporcionan protección contra partículas a alta velocidad de energía media (120 m/s) de grado B, excepto la 5H, que proporciona protección contra partículas de baja energía (45 m/s) de grado F, y la 5A-CPF, que proporciona protección contra partículas de baja energía (45 m/s) y, además, cumple el requisito después de su acondicionamiento para un rango térmico de 55 °C y -5 °C de grado FT.
Las pantallas faciales 5F-11, 5A-CPF y 5E-11 tienen un recubrimiento antiempañante. * Las pantallas faciales 3M se fijan a los cascos de protección 3M mediante soportes de pantalla facial 3M o directamente al arnés de cabeza 3M. Consulte TDS para obtener la información exacta sobre su compatibilidad. La función de encaje a presión facilita y agiliza la conexión de las pantallas faciales al soporte.
Todas las pantallas faciales de la serie 5 son compatibles con las gafas de seguridad integradas en el casco de protección V9 de 3M™ y disponen de una amplia variedad de orejeras de protección y orejeras de comunicación 3M™ PELTOR™.
CARACTERÍSTICAS
- Las pantallas faciales de policarbonato y acetato transparentes de la serie 5 de 3M™ están certificadas según la norma EN 166:2001 y proporcionan protección contra partículas a alta velocidad, salpicaduras de líquidos y salpicaduras de metal fundido

- Las pantallas faciales 5F-11, 5A-CPF y 5E-11 de 3M™ tienen un recubrimiento antiempañante. Todas las pantallas faciales de la serie 5 de 3M™ son de clase óptica 1, curvas o planas y ofrecen protección contra partículas a alta velocidad de energía media (120 m/s) de grado B o de baja energía (45 m/s) de grado F, o cumplen con los requisitos de F.
